You are protected by 3 important safeguards under the Direct Debit Guarantee:

• an immediate money back guarantee from your bank in the event of an error
• advance notice of 10 working days if the date or amount of your gift changes
• the right to cancel at any time by notifying your bank or building society (it is also recommended to notify the organisation)
